Married with one wife and two children, a brother and sister in there mid and early twenties. Very proud of my family, my  wife and I have brought our children up to be critical thinkers.  Fortunately for them they are more aware of what is going on in society then I was at that age.  They both give me hope for the future of our country.

Both my wife and I try very hard to be aware of what is going on around us.  We stay up to date with the news from various sources. We constantly discuss what is happening in the news and therefore keep each other well informed. This at times can get us somewhat depressed but at least we will not let events take us by supprise.  This blog helps me stay current and because few people visit it it is more for my own benefit then for the benefit of others.
